Abstract

This experience report describes an educational and practical intervention at the Arturo Jauretche National University (UNAJ), aimed at professionals in training for the Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Science, within the module "Health and Sport," specifically focusing on disability. The objective is to describe a daily learning experience that integrates theory, supervised practice, and guidance for high-performance athletes with disabilities, working alongside an interdisciplinary team. The intervention promotes cooperation between clubs, federations (including some members of the Argentine National Team, Quilmes Sitting Volleyball, and Boccia), and UNAJ to strengthen practical and ethical training. Using a qualitative-interpretive methodology, incorporating teacher reflection, theoretical/practical classes, and formative assessment, the expected results were achieved: strengthened professional competencies, institutional networks, and sustainable inclusive practices.
